Tasting Note

Antawara Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 reveals notable complexity and elegance on the nose. Deep and brimming with red and black fruits, hints of cedar, and subtle herbaceous and mentholated nuances. On the palate, the wine presents itself with an attack of sweet yet well-structured tannins, offering abundant juiciness that prompts salivation and immediately awakens the appetite. Subsequently, the firm grip of the tannins skillfully settles on the mid-palate, harmonizing with a solid and perfectly balanced black fruit, supported by a subtle yet present wood presence. All of this culminates in an extremely pleasant result, easy to drink, and highly gastronomic. By Pablo Ugarte
