Tasting Note

Mixed red fruit with minty highlights in the nose – the cherry takes over in the palate, with a slightly bitter, peppermint note in the midpalate. There is a fine structure to the wine, just enough to hold the ripe fruit together, through the cherry confit finish. J.R.
