Tasting Note

Smells like a luxury cabernet – ripe dark fruit, some bitter chocolate, notes of eucalyptus and mint. The mouth rests on much othe same, with dark cherry and chocolate, eucalyptus, and mint. The end of the palate lightens in hue – more red fruit that dark: cornelian cherry, raspberry, and a whisp of orange zest. Solid tannins lurk in the background, but they keep their place. J.R.
