Tasting Note

La Torina Carmenere Gran Reserva 2019 captivates with its spicy and herbaceous nose, revealing an attractive depth of native flora. On the palate, it immediately presents itself as pleasant and highly flavorful, with red fruits and spicy notes filling a perfectly balanced palate. The tannins have reached their ideal maturity and blend seamlessly with the wood, which contributes subtle hints of smoke and coffee. The finish is earthy and slightly toasted, making it an excellent example of Carmenere from the Cachapoal Valley. Summary: Body: Medium Tannins: Mature and firm Finish: Flavorful and gastronomic By Pablo Ugarte
