Tasting Note

Saltón Prosecco Brut Color: Light yellow, with persistent medium-sized bubbles, forming a large, persistent whitish crown. Aroma: Fresh, floral, with hints of lime juice, rosewood, and sweet notes of fresh peaches. Palate: Intense, pleasant, fresh, with good acidity and a very slight sweetness that makes it tremendously commercial. The bubbles are somewhat intense with a faint hint of astringency. Long, pleasant, and commercially appealing finish. By Sergio Correa
