Tasting Note

Pajarete El Churcal 2020, following the solera aging method brought to Chile by the Jesuits during the colonial period, offers a carnival of aromas and sensations on the nose. Notes of figs in syrup, honey, candied chestnuts, and hazelnuts delight the senses. On the palate, it is a true pleasure, unctuous and liqueur-like, perfectly balanced by an acidity that supports the sweetness flawlessly. Summary: Body: Medium. Palate: Sweet and flavorful. Finish: Long and balanced. Por Pablo Ugarte
