Tasting Note

Black and blueberries, some menthol and eucalyptus present themselves with a swirl of the glass. The flavors are ripe in the mouth: Damson plum and sweet spice with the texture of black velvet. There is good structure and acidity on the finish of this confident, if not especially detailed wine. J.R.
