Tasting Note

Calyptra, Gran Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, is aromatic and perfumed, with dominant notes of gooseberry, cassis, and juicy plums against a backdrop of pepper, tobacco, and leather. On the palate, the aromatic complexity is confirmed with a juicy and very generous attack, where creamy tannins are filled with gooseberry and candied blackberry, accompanied by subtle hints of coffee and herbs in the background. The finish is long, juicy, and extremely flavorful. Summary: Body: Full. Tannins: Creamy and ripe. Finish: Generous and tasty. By Pablo Ugarte
