Casa Silva Cool Coast Syrah Rosé 2023 exhibits a pale salmon color with coppery hues. On the nose, it features subtle hints of raspberry, a touch of gunpowder over a floral background. The initial mouthfeel reveals faint bubbles that quickly dissipate on the mid-palate, giving way to a well-balanced and fresh structure where its fruity character harmonizes beautifully with stone and floral notes, resulting in a rosé with harmony, character, and persistence.
