Tasting Note

HV 2017, the nose is deep and seductive, with a bouquet that delivers notes of black fruits like blueberry and wild blackberry, over a layer of leather and some freshly baked bread. Rich and subtle floral notes reminiscent of violet complete the experience. On the palate, the attack is perfectly round and harmonious, super wide and flavorful, covering the entire palate with a velvety layer of mature and well-integrated tannins to a very well-treated wood. It is a true symphony of wild red and black fruits, with leather, tobacco, and a hint of clove, a wine to enjoy and savor. By Pablo Ugarte
